Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey steaks and pat dry. Then season with salt, pepper, garlic and ginger powder. Fry on one side in a little olive oil. Take out of the pan.
  2. In the meantime, cut the carrot into thin slices (using the cucumber slicer), the bell pepper and pineapple into bite-sized pieces, and the red onion into slices. Briefly fry the vegetables in the roasting set and then deglaze with the pineapple juice. Now place the turkey steaks with the unroasted side on the bed of vegetables and let everything simmer over a low flame for about 15 minutes. Turn the vegetables a little every now and then. If the pineapple juice simmer too quickly, deglaze again with pineapple juice.
  3. After 15 minutes, remove the meat and keep it warm. Season the sauce with a little lemon juice, chilli, salt and pepper.
