Thaw spinach, season with salt, season with cayenne pepper, spread on the bottom of a flat baking dish.
If necessary, defrost the salmon, season with salt and place on the bed of spinach.
Put honey in a small bowl and mix with a finely chopped chilli pepper and sweet paprika.
Dice half the onion, peel the clove of garlic and dice it finely or press, sauté both in oil until the onion begins to turn brown. Pour on the cream, add the cream cheese. Season to taste if you like.
Gently heat the honey in the microwave or water bath until it is liquid. Not cook! Spread generously with a brush (silicone brush is good) on the salmon fillets and drizzle a little on the spinach. Leave about 1 tablespoon. Spread the cream sauce around the fish on top of the spinach, as well as the cheese.
Place the casserole dish on the grid in the lower third of the oven and fry the salmon for about 30 minutes. Brush again with honey in between. Then the cheese is golden brown and the dish is ready.
