Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the fruit into 1 cm cubes. Wash, halve, core and finely chop the chilli pepper.
  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, heat, bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Serve the chutney straight from the pot.
