Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan and as soon as the sugar becomes liquid, add the sesame seeds and fry them lightly. Don`t let the sugar get too brown. As soon as the sugar is caramelized, deglaze with the water and bring to the boil. Then add all the other ingredients to the head and reduce for about 5 minutes. Finished.
We mostly use the sauce for fried rice with vegetables and eggs.
