Halve the avocado, remove the core, remove the pulp with a spoon and put it in the blender or in a tall vessel for the hand blender. Add the yoghurt (fat content to taste, but don`t forget that the avocado already contains fat).
Puree everything together, then gradually pour in the milk and mix everything. The amount of milk is more appreciated by me and can be reduced or increased at will, depending on how creamy you want the drink. Season to taste with sugar and mix again.
The shake is a natural and healthy alternative as a breakfast substitute for those who do not like to eat in the morning.
