Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and chop it into small cubes according to the size the child can already chew.
  2. Put the diced pumpkin in a saucepan. Butter and a little water. Simmer until the pumpkin is done.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the banana and apple and cut into small cubes. Mix one egg in a bowl. In this bowl add the pumpkin, fruit, a little vanilla sugar and a full spoonful of semolina. Mix everything well and let stand covered for approx. 5-7 minutes while the oven is heating up so that the semolina softens a little. Brush a small baking or baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  4. You can offer the little ones the sweet casserole with milk or tea or even with yoghurt.
  5. Tip:
  6. If you don`t have a pumpkin, you can also take 200 g pumpkin puree from the jar. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of semolina, as the puree is more liquid.
