Ingredients

• 500 g mascarpone
• 250 g low-fat quark
• 400 ml cream
• 2 packs cream stabilizer
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 50 g powdered suar, (to taste)
• 1 point biscuit (s), (caramel biscuits, amarettini or speculoos)
• 500 g red fruit jelly
• 1 point cream puffs, mini, TK
• 3 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, liqueur and sugar, fold in the whipped cream. Crumble the biscuits. Then layer everything in a glass bowl as follows:
2. Cream - a layer of biscuits - red jelly - cream - cream puffs (frozen) - red jelly - cream - biscuits.
3. Decorate with cream and let it steep for several hours.
