- Mix the mascarpone, quark, liqueur and sugar, fold in the whipped cream. Crumble the biscuits. Then layer everything in a glass bowl as follows:
- Cream - a layer of biscuits - red jelly - cream - cream puffs (frozen) - red jelly - cream - biscuits.
- Decorate with cream and let it steep for several hours.

- A hint of cinnamon in the cream tastes delicious with the speculoos or the caramel biscuits and gives the whole thing a Christmas touch!
