Mix the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Then add rice flour, corn flour, sunflower oil and milk and stir everything vigorously. The dough should be slightly runny. Let the dough stand for about 1/2 hour if possible. Then stir well again. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.
The dough can then be prepared in portions in the crepes pan / Teflon pan. The crepes should be light golden brown on both sides. Keep the crepes warm in the oven at 80 degrees in aluminum foil until they are all done.
Fill with fruits, chocolate, cinnamon and sugar, etc. as desired.
