Drain 1 glass of sour cherries and leave to steep overnight with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon. Pour off the remaining liquid as well.
Mix 200 g Philadelphia and 500 g quark with 100 g powdered sugar and 6 tablespoons milk. 250 ml egg liqueur, measure a little more to taste. Beat 1 cup of cream with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Weigh the chocolate muesli.
Layer in the order in a bowl and chill for at least 8 hours.
