Instructions

  1. Drain and dice the peaches. Wash the rest of the fruit and, if necessary, halve or quarter.
  2. The dessert looks best in a large glass bowl. Layer the fruit alternately, making sure that the colors alternate nicely.
  3. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. In another bowl, mix the quark with the yogurt, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Then fold in the whipped cream. Season to taste and possibly sweeten with honey. Spread the cream on the last layer of fruit and smooth it out.
  4. Lightly brown the almonds in a pan without fat and use them to sprinkle the sweet layered salad. Cover the salad and chill until ready to serve.
  5. You can also slightly modify this recipe for summer and use Cremefine instead of the cream and use the reduced-fat variant for the yoghurt.
  6. Likewise, you don`t necessarily have to stick to the fruit suggestions, but can use whatever you like and create beautiful contrasts in color.
