Wash the apple and carrots with the skin, dry them well and remove any greens or core. Remove the pulp of the melon from the skin. Juice the carrots and the apple with the peel on level I of the juicer (hard fruit / vegetables). Juice the pulp of the melon on level II of the juicer (soft fruits / vegetables). Mix the juice with the linseed oil and enjoy immediately or keep tightly closed in the refrigerator (1 to a maximum of 2 days). If the juice is a little too sweet for you, or if you would like to keep it in the refrigerator, you can also add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
With my juicer, the specified quantities are sufficient for approx. 400 ml of juice.
Annotation:
The linseed oil is necessary so that the body can absorb the fat-soluble beta-carotene (provitamin A) from the carrots.
