Ingredients

• 0.25 liter ¼ must, (sweet must, apple juice)
• 1 large orange (s)
• 1 large lemon
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch, (Maizena)
• 5 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cup natural yogurt
• 2 dl cream
• 1 large egg (s)

Instructions

1. Put the sweet cider in a pan, squeeze the lemon and orange and add the juice. Also add the egg and sugar. Mix everything well and bring to the boil.
2. Mix Maizena with a little water or sweet must and add to set.
3. Let it cool down, pull in the natural yoghurt and the whipped cream.
