Mix the baking powder with the flour. Use a whisk or blender to process all ingredients into a smooth dough.
Heat some fat in a pan and add enough dough with a ladle. Spread in the pan by swirling. Bake for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side on a medium setting.
Serve with powdered sugar, fruit, jam, nut-nougat cream or something similar.
* Note: make sure that the apple juice has not been clarified with gelatine, otherwise it is no longer vegan.
