Instructions

  1. Mix flour with powdered sugar, eggs and salt and add it. Dissolve the yeast in the warmed milk and add to the flour mixture. Knead everything together. Cover the dough with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. Put the oil in a coated pan and bake the pancakes (be careful, they turn brown quickly, so don`t let the pan get too hot). This results in a different amount depending on the size of the pancakes.
  3. In addition, fruits, sauces, cinnamon / sugar, powdered sugar or simply whatever you like best with it.
