Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white until frothy. Put the egg yolk with all the other ingredients except the apple in a bowl and mix with a mixer, then fold in the egg whites.
  2. Peel the apple, cut into small slices and add to the batter. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the dough in portions on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.
  3. The apple can of course also be left out.
