Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces and cook in water until soft. Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a fork.

Then put the porridge in a deep plate and sprinkle a little crunchy cereal on top. Depending on whether you eat normal, low-carb or paleo, you can vary that.
Paleo eaters can choose to chop nuts or add coconut flakes or whatever comes to mind.
