Instructions

  1. Put the butter with 1 egg, flour, milk and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl and knead into a dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small cubes and cook them almost cooked in salted water. Pour off the water. Chop the onion and mix with the sweet potatoes.
