Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and the sweet potatoes into 4-cm cubes. Sweet potatoes cook through faster than potatoes. Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and stalks and cut into 2.5 cm pieces.
  2. Put the vegetables, onion and garlic in a large, flat baking dish and season with pepper, do not salt. Mix with the oil. Bake for 45 minutes until the vegetables brown lightly and the potatoes and sweet potatoes are soft.
  3. Spread the cheese on top, turn on the oven or grill and continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese browns and bubbles.
  4. Delicious vegetarian food that even convinces meat eaters. You can of course fry a steak with it, but you really don`t need it. Makes you full and happy.
