Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into even pieces with a slicer. Put the sweet potatoes in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper and oil.
Put small portions in the Airfryer so that the chips become evenly crispy. Take out the basket every 2 minutes and shake well. Cook at 160 degrees for the first 8 minutes and at 180 degrees for the next 6 minutes.
Tip: It is best to use a high-quality plane. The more even the slices, the better the end result will be.
