Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and roughly grate the sweet potatoes. Chop the onion into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Bake small buffers in a pan with enough oil.
  2. It takes a relatively long time for the buffers to stick together enough from the searing process to be able to be turned. Therefore, patience is required here, not to turn too early. But of course don`t let it burn.
  3. After frying, place the buffers on kitchen paper so that the oil can drain out. If you make a lot of buffers, it makes sense to keep the ones that have already been fried warm in the oven. To do this, after draining in the oven, place the buffers on a rack in the middle with a fan oven at approx. 150 ° C.
  4. For me, the ingredients were enough for about 12 buffers.
