Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the skin off the chorizo and cut the sausage into slices. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the sausage in portions on both sides, remove and set aside.
  3. Now sauté the onion and garlic in the hot fat, add the potato cubes and dust with paprika. Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Thaw the spinach in a saucepan, cut it a little smaller and then add it to the soup. Add the sausage and heat everything again, but do not cook anymore. Season the soup with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
