• 100 ml orange juice
• 4 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Sweat with the chopped onion in the butter. Add the vegetable stock and the orange juice and simmer for about 15 minutes.
2. Add the cream and puree the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
