Wash and clean the tuber thoroughly. Then cut into 0.5 - 2 cm thick slices.
Toast the slices of sweet potato two or three times (depending on the toaster) on the highest setting so that they turn golden brown or have the consistency you want.
In the meantime, you can prepare your ingredients for the topping - simply cut the banana into slices.
When the toast has the desired consistency, brush with peanut butter and drape with banana. Depending on your needs, you can sprinkle the sweet potato toast with cinnamon and your sweet potato toast is ready!
