Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices. Brush the potatoes sparingly with oil and season with paprika and salt. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, if the slices are very thin, they can be ready earlier. Just test it with a fork.
In the meantime, bring the couscous to the boil with 200 ml of water. Water from the kettle is sufficient for this. Let soak for 5 minutes. Then season with curry, harissa and salt. Bring the peas to the boil briefly.
When the potatoes are ready, cover with feta and bake for another 5 minutes. At the end, spread the avocado and pistachios over the potatoes and serve with the peas and couscous.
