Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the tuber thoroughly. Then cut into 0.5 - 2 cm thick slices.
  2. Toast the slices of sweet potato two or three times (depending on the toaster) on the highest setting so that they turn golden brown or have the consistency you want.
  3. In the meantime, you can prepare your ingredients for the topping - simply fry a fried egg or two and wash the lamb`s lettuce.
  4. When the toast has the desired consistency, top with the ham and the fried egg. Depending on your needs, you can sprinkle the sweet potato toast with lamb`s lettuce, salt and pepper and your sweet potato toast is ready!
