Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potato and pat dry. Cut lengthways into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices.
  2. Toast in the toaster on the highest setting approx. Twice, until the sweet potato is soft on the inside.
  3. Let it cool down briefly and top it as you like. For example with avocado and egg or with almond butter and banana.
