Use the rice with the milk, the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and a dash of cream to prepare a rice pudding according to the instructions on the packet (caution: it burns easily). Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, the rest of the cream and the eggs to the finished rice pudding and stir well.
Cut the fruit into cubes and place in a baking pan. Pour the milk rice mixture over it. Stir a little so that the fruit is distributed. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes until the surface is nicely browned.
Tastes very tasty warm or cold. The rice casserole can of course also be prepared without fruit - and with a vanilla sauce it becomes a sensation.
