Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven (top / bottom heat) to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with the baking powder. Add all remaining ingredients. Now knead everything well with the mixer (dough hook). Cut off pieces of dough the size of apricot with the help of 2 tablespoons and place on the prepared baking sheet. Don`t forget to keep your distance, because they`ll open while baking! The dough is enough for approx. 16 rolls, which requires 2 baking processes. Bake the rolls on the middle rack for about 20 minutes; possibly cover with parchment so that they don`t get too dark.
