Ingredients

• 0.5 ½ large romaine lettuce
• 0.5 ½ endive salad
• 1 lemon (s)
• 1 ½ teaspoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
• 1 tablespoon water, optional
• some salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cut both salads into strips and wash well.
2. Squeeze the lemon and dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice. Stir in all other ingredients and pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Add water if necessary. We like it spicier and don`t add water to it.
