- Beat the vinegar and oil well until a milky mass is formed. Then add the cream with the yoghurt (sour cream) and stir well. Add salt and pepper.
- Now stir in the liquid sweetener (or normal sugar) depending on your taste.
- It depends on how sweet you want the sauce. Finally add the parsley.
- It goes well with lettuce or iceberg lettuce.
