First whip in the cream until stiff, then stir in the quark, crème fraîche and sugar until everything is smooth. The amount of sugar can be chosen as you like, of course you can also use more or less sugar, depending on your taste.
Place the raspberries in a large, flat dish so that they cover the bottom. Then distribute the mass on top. Finally, the cookies are crushed (preferably in a bag with a rolling pin). This covers the whole area of the quark mass.
When I use the frozen raspberries, I always make the dessert a day earlier so that the berries thaw. Alternatively, however, there is the option of using grapes or canned fruit. Then the dessert can only be made on the day of serving.
