Instructions

  1. Mix the meat with the soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Meat in 2 tablespoon. Fry the oil carefully on both sides. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger until translucent. Add paprika and top up with broth, pineapple juice, pineapple, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, soy sauce and sherry. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the meat again. Mix the rest of the cornstarch with a little water until smooth and thicken the sauce with it.
  4. Basmati rice tastes particularly good as a side dish.
