• 1 kg strawberries
• 160 g tomato paste
• 100 ml vinegar, (mirabelle vinegar)
• 250 g preservin suar, 2: 1
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Puree the strawberries roughly or finely with the magic wand, depending on your taste.
2. Put the strawberries and all other ingredients in a saucepan, stir and let simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Then pour the hot mixture into glasses or bottles that have been washed hot beforehand.
4. Sufficient for 7-8 bottles with 200 ml content.
5. You can also add a little basil to the mixture, then it will be hearty.
