Place the ladyfingers in a large baking dish, then spread the vanilla sauce on top.
Mix the mascarpone, crème fraiche, vanilla sugar (if you like it sweet, add 1-1 / 2 teaspoons of sugar). Then whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Spread on the ladyfingers. Then spread the cherry compote on it. Finally sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the top as required. Chill until ready to eat.
Tip: If you like it with alcohol, you can add 1/2 glass of Marsala to the cream - but it doesn`t have to be, it also tastes great.
