Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Divide the dough and roll it into strands and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and make a recess in the slices, into which you fill the honey mixed with hazelnuts!
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes on top and bottom heat! Dust the warm cookies with powdered sugar!
