Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well in it, then add the yeast, sugar and a little lukewarm liquid, cover with flour and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Then knead and add the rest of the ingredients and knead vigorously and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Then you can process the dough as you need it. Can be used for Fla (enough for 2 floors), Tireliskes, sweet rolls, Weckmen, yeast plaits
Brush the dough pieces with beaten egg and bake at approx. 200 - 220 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes (ensure the desired degree of browning!). If you prefer not to put an egg on it, you can also coat the pastry with icing or warmed apricot jam after baking.
