Finely chop the onions and sauté until translucent. Cut the meat into strips, add and fry briefly. Cut the paprika into strips and add them as well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add water (approx. 2-3 cups) and steam everything for 20 minutes. Quarter and add tomatoes and cook everything through. Then refine with tomato paste. (The whole tube does not have to go in - half or more, if desired)
Boil rice. Stir the sour cream into the meat and then mix the rice with the meat.
