Summary

Ingredients

• 2 cl vodka (e.g. Absolut)
• 2 cl rum, white (e.g. Havana Club)
• 3 cl coconut milk, sweetened
• 2 cl cream
• 6 cl pineapple juice

For decoration:

• 1 cl Blue Curaçao
• 1 cherry (s) (cocktail cherry)
• some pineapple, fresh
• Ice, crushed

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with crushed ice until the shaker steams up. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Pour blue curacao over it and serve decorated with cocktail cherry and pineapple.
