Put the oat flakes and raisins in a bowl and pour cold milk over them. If necessary, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight. This makes the oat flakes particularly digestible.
Wash and divide the apple and remove the core. Then either coarsely grate with a grater or cut into fine strips. Drizzle the grated apple with a little lemon juice so that it doesn`t turn brown.
Take the oat flakes out of the refrigerator and serve in a bowl with grated apple, hazelnuts, low-fat quark and, if you like, with a little cinnamon.
