- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes, fry it with the minced meat in a large pan (I like it crispy) and season with salt and pepper.
- Strain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the minced meat. Fry them together in the pan for another 5 minutes.
- Depending on your preference, you can put more or less sour cream on the plate.
- A green salad tastes good as a side dish.
- I got the recipe from my mother, who once ate it in Switzerland. We have called them Swiss noodles ever since.
