Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut lengthways and cut on top. Place on an oiled baking sheet and season with salt. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
  2. Mix the Gouda and the sweet cream. Season with salt, pepper and pour over the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes at a heat of only 200 degrees.
  3. A large plate of green salad goes well with it.
