- Peel the potatoes, cut lengthways and cut on top. Place on an oiled baking sheet and season with salt. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Mix the Gouda and the sweet cream. Season with salt, pepper and pour over the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes at a heat of only 200 degrees.
- A large plate of green salad goes well with it.
