Instructions

1. Sweat the onions and parsley in a little butter.
2. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions, place the sheets next to each other and roll them out into a rectangle. Spread the sausage meat on it, spread onions, parsley, ham and cheese on top. Fold in the ends and roll up the puff pastry. Whisk the cream and egg yolk together and brush the rolling pin with it.
