Pour the juice into a saucepan and add the sugar. No preserving sugar !!! Then it’s going to be jelly !!! Bring everything to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Then fill it into twist-off glasses and turn it upside down to cool (I leave it that way overnight). If necessary, simply fill the syrup into glasses and dilute about 1:10 to taste. Can be made with all juicing fruits.
