Mix the flour and baking powder and sieve into a bowl, add all the other ingredients one after the other and knead the dough for 1 minute. Place the dough on a floured worktop with floured fingers, knead lightly and form a rolling pin. Lightly grease the baking sheet. Cut the dough into 8 parts, turn the balls and place them close together in a circle. Wrap the top crosswise with kitchen scissors, brush with canned milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
