Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour - of your choice, I prefer wholemeal flour - with the dry yeast and water. Add a teaspoon of salt, more if you like, a pinch of sugar and a little oregano. Then add the olive oil and knead everything well. If you rub your hands with the oil before kneading, the dough will not stick. Cover the finished dough and let it stand for 20-45 minutes so that it rises a little.
  2. For the dressing, mix the cream with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Then cut the onion into small cubes and add. If you like, you can also press a clove of garlic here and mix it with parsley and a dash of vinegar and / or oil. Stir the dressing well and let it steep in the refrigerator.
  3. Now the minced meat is briefly seared and seasoned with chilli, paprika, salt, pepper and the garlic. It should be nice little lumps. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet. Spread the minced meat well on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees beforehand and bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cut the white cabbage and the iceberg lettuce into pieces of your choice. Wash beforehand, of course. Personally, I cut the cabbage into fine strips and the lettuce into small pieces.
  5. After the 15 minutes, take out the pizza and spread it with crème fraîche. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Finally, cut the pizza into pieces, cover with the cabbage and iceberg lettuce and pour the dressing over it.
