Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 onion (s), finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
• 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
• 1 bell pepper (s), finely diced green
• 2 large tomatoes, chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan. Stew the onions over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add spices, stir for 1 minute. Add the garlic and paprika and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes. Bring to a boil, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
2. Stir the sauce again and again and let it boil down. Stir in sugar, season and pour hot into preheated glasses and close immediately.
