Instructions

  1. Sheep Cream Cheese:
  2. Finely dice the sheep`s cheese, drain the corn well. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Cut the peppers into fine rings. Mix the sheep cheese, corn, tomatoes and peppers with the yogurt. Season the mixture with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. (Sheep cheese and yogurt can also be used in the low-fat version.)
  3. Minced meat mass:
  4. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Finely chop the garlic clove. Wash tomatoes, quarter, core and cut into fine cubes. Fry the minced meat in olive oil until crumbly. Fry the spring onions and garlic for about 2 minutes. Fold in the tomatoes, remove the pan from the heat and season everything with salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the taco shells in the oven at approx. 125 degrees.
  6. To serve, place the minced meat mixture, the sheep`s cheese cream and the taco bowls in separate bowls on the table. So everyone can create their own tacos at the table.
