Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic, sauté in olive oil. Add the pizza tomatoes, cream and condensed milk. Season well with spices, salt and pepper. Chop the Gorgonzola and add to the sauce. Cut the turkey breast into small, thin slices or strips.
  2. When the Gorgonzola is well distributed, cover the bottom of a baking dish with sauce. Then spread the turkey breast on top so that nothing is on top of each other. Spread the ribbon noodles on the meat and pour the remaining sauce over it. The pasta must be well covered. Sprinkle with paprika powder. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the casserole.
  3. I baked the casserole at 200 ° C for 25 minutes in a preheated oven with top / bottom heat. I use ribbon noodles, which take about 6 to 8 minutes to cook.
  4. If you want, you can of course also add delicious fresh peppers, aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms, peas etc. to the sauce.
