Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Brown the ham, bacon and mushrooms in the olive oil. After 2-3 minutes, pour in the cream, season with salt, pepper and reduce slightly again. Sieve the pasta and add it to the cream while it is still wet, mix in the garlic and herbs. Pour the whole thing into an ovenproof dish, place the tomatoes and cheese slices on top. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
