Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper. Sear it in a pan in a little olive oil, add the garlic and fry briefly, then place the roasted meat on a plate and keep it warm.
Pour the water into the pan and bring to the boil, then add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Now add the parmesan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the hob, add the meat and tagliatelle and mix everything together.
If necessary, garnish with a little rocket or lamb`s lettuce and serve immediately.
